We're excited to host a FREE Women’s Self-Defense Workshop to empower and support the amazing women in our local community! Whether you're new to self-defense or just want a refresher, this is a welcoming and powerful space to learn practical skills, gain confidence, and connect with others.

Let’s unite to support each other and take advantage of this incredible opportunity!

What You’ll Need:

• Wear something comfortable for a workout

• Bring water

• Sign our waiver when you arrive

• Invite a friend (or two!) — the more, the merrier!

Open to all women, ages 12 and up. No experience is necessary.
